Earlier this month, a couple of our images were featured in the Toronto Life Wedding Guide 2012. Toronto Life is a fantastic magazine for just about everything in this city, including weddings! That’s why we’re really excited to see Katherine & Morgan’s wedding featured in the magazine’s DIY (Do It Yourself) article. Their wedding was a very personal affair, partly because of all their creative touches. Although we had the privilege of photographing their wedding, Katherine & Morgan deserve all the credit for their amazing DIY work! Stay tuned, I’ll be blogging their wedding here shortly.

In the morning when I arrived to photograph Eva’s bridal preps, I found out that Eva’s step mother was a retired wedding photographer. It was great talking shop with her and chatting about how wedding photography had changed over the years, but I knew that there would be some high expectations to fulfill! :)
She had nothing to worry about because Eva & Ross were in our good hands. As I quickly learned during their engagement session, these two are so fun and spontaneous and their wedding day wasn’t any different. They had a board game themed wedding at the beautiful Donalda Club. At the last minute, Eva & Ross decided that instead of photographing the creatives at the venue we would head downtown for some photos on the Toronto International Film Festival red carpet. And that we did! It was quite the sight to see the whole bridal party invade the red carpet and make Eva & Ross the stars for the day!
I know it’s been a while since the wedding, but thank you Eva & Ross once again for having Andrea and I be a part of your day!
