Kelly & Bill are the most die-hard hockey fans that I’ve ever met. So much so, that they wanted to have hockey as their wedding theme. They couldn’t have picked a better venue than the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto to host their wedding. Very few weddings are held there each year, so I was very excited to be able to photograph such a unique wedding.
Kelly & Bill grew up in Michigan and though they now live in sunny California, they still follow the game and play hockey together. Their wedding theme included bold splashes of red and white. It was seen in the wedding attire, button bouquets/boutonnières, the Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers, cupcakes, and other details throughout.
Marrying each other at the Hockey Hall of Fame let Kelly & Bill fulfill two lifelong goals, to marry each other in front of their families & friends and hold the Stanley Cup together! We’re glad that everything came together for their wedding to make it so special and unique. It will certainly be one of the most memorable weddings that we’ve had the chance to photograph.
